Joyce was a complete professional when she worked with us to sell our cherished family home.  She was always calm, knowledgeable, on-time, and there when we needed her.  A year before we put our home on the market, we asked her to tour the house and give us advice about what to do to prepare it for sale.  It was a lot of work to freshen up the house and de-clutter it.  We also invested in some repairs and some changes to improve curb appeal.  But her advice was excellent and the house looked wonderful when we were ready to sell.  She knew our neighborhood well and was able to guide us with establishing a price.  She arranged for really excellent still photos and a 360 degree tour of the house both of which were posted and available via the internet listing.  She handled signage, Open Houses, questions, and helped us through the closing process, as well.  We could not have asked for a more knowledgeable and professional realtor!
